听说西班牙米其林星厨来贵州了！当西班牙菜遇上贵州菜，会带来什么惊喜？

Recently, the Tasting Guizhou-Gran Ganaria activity was held in Guiyang. Chefs from Guizhou and Spain showed their cooking skills and served their best dishes, which became a “convergence of sea and land”.

日前，贵州·西班牙大加纳利美食品鉴会在贵阳市举行，来自贵州与西班牙的大厨们，纷纷在会上拿出了看家本领，上出了拿手菜，进行了一场美食之间“山与海的相遇”。

Guizhou Province and Gran Canaria of Spain are regions of friendly exchanges, and the two signed a memorandum of cooperation in 2022. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Spain. Therefore, the Foreign Affairs Office of Guizhou Province invited the delegations from Gran Canaria of Spain to jointly hold a food and cultural exchange activity to promote bilateral cultural and tourism exchange, laying a foundation forthefurtherbilateralcooperation.

贵州省和西班牙大加纳利是友好交往地区，两地于2022年签署合作备忘录。今年是中国与西班牙建交50周年，贵州省外事办（省人民对外友好协会）诚挚邀请西班牙大加纳利代表团共同举办了两地美食文化交流活动，促进两地文化旅游交流，为下一步继续推动友城合作奠定基础。

During the activity, Guizhou chefs served two dishes, they were the morchella with cured fish, cured pork, black pork meat, spicy chicken with Fried egg noodles. Spanish chefs presented two dishes, they werePella, vieja, pluma, as well as the postre batata. In the end, two chefs teamed up to create anintegrated dish, Spanish ham withGuizhou millet. The fresh lotus leaf was like a boat, carrying salty Spanish ham and sweet Guizhou millet together, just like the friendship of both sides.

本次品鉴会上，贵州厨师推出的菜品有：菌藏三宝、热情山鸡拌伊面；西班牙厨师推出的菜品有：佩拉风格龙虾、猪颈肉，甘薯甜点。最后，双方大厨还携手打造了融合菜品——西班牙火腿小米渣。清新荷叶犹如一叶扁舟，承载着咸鲜西班牙火腿与清甜的贵州小米渣，就如双方同舟共济的友谊。

Jiang Hong, the member of the Party Leadership Group of Guizhou Foreign Affair Office, the Vice Chairwoman of Guizhou People"s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, said that Guizhou, China and Gran Ganaria, Spain were two wonderful places with distinctive and charming cultures. Guizhou has mountains and Gran Ganaria is near the sea, and the long friendship of two places enables us to join hands across mountains and seas.

贵州省外事办党组成员、省人民对外友协专职副会长蒋红表示，贵州与西班牙大加纳利同是中西两国文化个性鲜明、魅力十足的地方，贵州多山、大加纳利岛临海，友好的情谊让贵州与大加纳利跨越山海、携手共进。

Carlos Vélez, Representative of the Gran Canaria Government on China Affairs and President of the China-Spain Trade Association, said, “I think it is the beginning of the collaboration. I believe that in the future, maybe next year, there will be more and deeper cooperation ”

正如西班牙大加纳利政府中国事务代表、中国西班牙贸易协会会长卡洛斯•维雷斯所说：“这次活动只是一个开始。我相信在未来，也许就是明年，还会有更多更深层次的合作。”
